You caffeine free?

Yep about 300 days in.. l-tyrosine helps a lot too. But mostly, time.

Did you cut it altogether or are you decreasing over time? When I cut caffeine my doc put me on a plan that took 2 months, it’s a drug! I would have lost it going cold turkey

-
Cold turkey

I’m so sorry that sounds like hell. Can confirm it is lovely on the other side tho

But why? There is no proven downside to it.
-
For me personally it came down to wanting to get rid of my addiction to it so that I occasionally could get the “real” effect from it. Instead of consuming it to not get withdrawal.

Honest question: what’s the point? If anything the science seems to indicate coffee is good for you, right?
-
It depends on how much you drink- one of my ex classmate's father had a stroke in the shower from drinking caffeine every day. I've tried to stray away from caffeine but it's the only way I've found to really stay awake :/
-
Seems to me it would be difficult to prove that caffeine caused a stroke.
-
Ehh, probably but then again, drinking three cans or more of monster can cause heart attacks. I'm not entirely sure what he said is true, but I'll give him reasonable doubt.

It gets easier every time. That being said. I switched to drinking about 2L tea each day. Which is basically just cheating
-
This is probably more caffeine compared to what you were consuming beforehand.
