I’m east coast so I haven’t used them directly, but every review/comment I see basically says “I wanted to hate them but ended up loving them and using them all the time.” I have to imagine the metrics are insanely good.

sure. TBH, I'm working on raising funds for my startup. It's been a slog. I'm trying to understand what other people do better. I'm not in a position to look down on anyone who's raised that much. But that first mil ... tough.

Well, I think in this case the founder got it started by putting in a boatload of his own money (from being an exec at Uber/Lyft)
