I have a friend who is a school teacher and my first reaction is, “Ooh, they’ll never make it, they need to find a way to make more.” Then I realize I’m not in the Bay Area and they’ll be just fine.

Visited back in ohio recently and it was so much the same. I left with my jaw on the ground realizing I could buy a duplex in a college town for the cost of two midline toyota corollas brand new. But alas, being an out of town landlord is harder than being a two toyota owner. lol
