Isn't that your roadmap? Crazy only in that you are giving potential competitors info on tour plans.

Giving away secrets / plans is not that big a deal anymore. Most companies know what the others up to and even if they find out most competitors are too lazy / occupied to do anything about it

No different from having a public GitHub issues page. :)

I think that would be a more effective careers page: “Hey, we’re struggling with X. Does anyone have experience in X. We’re able to offer you Y salary.”

"Upcoming Features" or "Our Roadmap" would be a more positive way to highlight things that are going to get better in the next year or two.

The
@saddlebackbags website used to have links prominently displayed above the fold to legitimate competitors' websites. It struck me as a great burn the ships driver for the brandThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

It would be too crazy in my mind. Transparency is good, but when it comes down to brass tacks I think most would be better sold on a company that didn't highlight its weaknesses, neverminding how Noble it would be. It's just human nature to prefer a seemingly "perfect" solution.

One way this could work out is if people would have a way to react, and write some feedback. Could potentially save you a development cycle or two.

I don’t think it is needed to state it online as a weakness. Possibly shoe a high level roadmap showing issues you want to address in the future might be the way to go. The fact that you are conscious of weaknesses is a good start.

Slightly different, but a ‘we would like help with’ section that’s part of a federated lead gen system. People & companies submit interest in solving the problem. Would be great for
