How would people know what Lambda is?

i think that's the trade off! you want people to ask the person wearing it - word of mouth spreading. imo, it's better to have google search, giving the info to people who ask for it - not fb ad showing it to all and creating a brand and recognition

I mean I know students would be like “just Lambda? I want it to say Lambda School”

why? do you think people will google lambda school and enrol in after looking at a t-shirt?or is it brand visibility, people start recognising lambda school?or is it just a bias- i would do a polly on general asking what student want to be associated with lambda or lambda school

School is only the start for @LambdaSchool and graduates can continue to wear it with pride once employed, so I also vote for #4.

Stanford doesn't need to put "university" on their shirt for brand recognition, granted it takes time to build an empire (enterprise).

Do just the front. Consider a shirt with pocket. Looks better. Imho dont worry about the name Branding isnt writing your brand.

I reckon the back looks better if you centre the lambda school symbol while keeping the same height, and then place the name underneath!

Why don't you poll it from students? Lambda school vs Lambda. Alternatively, try different lambda + school placements. Lambda font size can be larger than school, or it can be placed above it.
