this doesn't need a blockchain solution, people have tried doing this and it doesn't require tokens; https://kmikeym.com/ The reason it isn't done is because it's a bad place to invest your money

See also: Fantex. It’s an information problem. It sort of works, kind of, for classes of people where future earnings are knowable. But it also creates weird incentives because the person selling securities gets less upside in their own hard work if they outperform
