I’m glad I finished enough of my liberal arts education before I dropped out that when people claim a *college degree* is the only way you can learn or learn to think I can know that’s simply not true

By the way, I’m really not opposed to college degrees necessarily. I’m opposed to the idea that if you don’t have one you are forever handicapped

This is still horribly inefficient though. Part of the problem is that the argument is not very explicit - there is lots of subliminal fantasy building about college but very little in the way of explanation of what makes it great. Hence difficult to contradict.
