Man journalists *really* don’t like Elon Musk
-

That’s debatable. Remember, this all started with a report from
@reveal that Elon Musk didn’t like. His criticism is rooted in his self-interest.http://bit.ly/2IUGccA -
Look at the journalist response, though. They took 99% of his tweets out of context to frame him as being anti-semetic, and whatever else they thought they could get away with.

I’d like to see the data that backs your 99 percent figure, because I know that isn’t over-exaggeration (which is something Elon Musk is prone to)
-
It’s not hard to see how people would take Elon’s tweet about the people who “own” the press as anti-semitic, but that definitely is taking his words out of context (or choosing to look at them a certain way for sake of virality)
-
It's hard to say you can look at it in any other way when the previous tweet was a rant about how billionaires all hate the press. Definitely taken strongly out of context.
-
And then there’s this, which is just a terrible idea that has attracted a LOT of scorn and criticism that has *nothing* to do anti-semitism.https://twitter.com/BenjaminNorton/status/999789416402096128 …

Giving the public tools to try to verify the truth of an article isn't necessarily a bad idea. His implementation is what should be criticized when it happens, not an idealistic idea that, like all Musk ideas, will probably go through multiple iterations.

If you've actually watched his Twitter feed over the past few days, it's primarily just someone defending himself from people being overly prone to attacking anything and everything he says, with some of the accusations just being way out of the left field.
