To maintain positive signal you either need to be extremely hard to get into (restricts your positive impact) or extremely hard to get through (heartbreaking). hard to get through is better. Equality of opportunity + it’s hard to identify quality in advance.

Allows for a more meritocratic filtering as opposed to biased initial filtering. Performance > credentials Kind of the difference btwn free market and top-down approach applied to labor market. Former is much more efficient.

I love free consulting for lambda school :) If I were to architect it, I’d start with an open mooc, if you pass it, you get into lambda school proper.
