Dear ALRC, were you committed to an open inquiry, I would have expected those 3 basic pieces of information on your website. Your attitude here seems to mirror the contempt you show for the Terms of Reference in your "Issues Paper".
Just to be clear, I've already made a submission to your inquiry despite having to wade through your monumental "Issues Paper" even to get started. Now 3 months later I, like most of the other contributors, don't know if it will ever be read, much less published.
