When are overseas postal votes sent out? I'm already registered as a general postal voter.

Around half way through the election period. We can't print ballot papers until we know who the candidates are (and the candidates will be declared on Wednesday 24 April)

voting from overseas? we have around 90 o'seas voting centres. Otherwise, postal voting while over there perhaps. See aec.gov.au/Voting/Ways_to
