They're misidentifying the cruise missile, it's a lot more similar to a quds-1 (which iran surely has anyways, and they probably used it to make it look like a houthi attack) than to the ya ali

It seems like the blurred out the fins on their photo of (Iranian) Ya Ali to obscure the fact that they look different from the tail section they say they found, which matches (Houthi) Quds 1.
