    On JORN: Not a sweep-type radar, must be aimed at sector. Had it tracked target to 7th arc, triangulation of LKP would be trivial 1/2

    F16 pilot observed Helios 522 "levelled off" prior to impact with terrain. Unknown if under control or phugoid timing happenstance.
