    Um Berlin wirklich fahrradgerecht zu machen, muss der R2G-Senat aber auch noch ein Gesetz für besseres Wetter erlassen.

        Für Wetter ist aber der Bund zuständig. Der Senat kann lediglich entsprechendes Wetter in Offenbach beantragen.
