@joeginese Hi Joseph, have you tried to cancel the sync and start the process from the beginning?

@joeginese When you cancel the sync you have to close instead of retry > http://ow.ly/i/1QCHw . Then click the sync button again 1/2 -
@SocialBro Oh see. I don't get that screen. I get cancelled. Then I try to close out and restart but it says "last sync cancelled, resume?"
