Hi Alex, On July 20th we notified all our clients about the change in the Audiense plans, explaining the reasons and what are the new plans. Yesterday we also notified our clients that the new plans went into effect.

I am really disapointed of what happened.. I really don't understand the new plans... and charge... unfortunately the mail I used on 2016 when I started using the platform is no more.... So now I get charged for every account I use... and I can't access reports and metrics??
