That chart is a lie. The title ("Partisan distribution of perceived systemic favoritism") and legends ("Whites are favored", etc.) were created by
@AudaciousEpigon to reflect his interpretation of exit poll questions that don't mention "favoritism" at all.https://twitter.com/_khaaan/status/1060655993531629574 …K² added,
K² @_khaaanReplying to @AudaciousEpigon @zyntraxI take it you used the exit poll results from CNN, but their page doesn't contain the words "favoritism" or "favorite". You appear to have written the chart's title and labels yourself while making it look official. That isn't just "cheeky", it's lying. https://www.cnn.com/election/2018/exit-polls …2 replies 1 retweet 0 likes -
yo vdare, please be more careful with your facts and fix this.

Look at it yourself man Ctrl + favor You'll find it

I found it saying 87% of dems think whites are favored, and then your chart says 75.1, so i don't get it...

It’s saying 41% of voters think whites are favored and of those 41%, 87% are dems. I’ll show it in a few minutes, feeding my kids atm

I think your math to get 75.1 is this: 87*41 / (87*41 + 19*12 + 33*29). Is that it? If so, my first comment is you shouldn't add a number after the decimal, you had no way to gain a significant figure.

And my second comment is vdare should not pick up the story without knowing what math you did and checking it, they shouldn't just trust the undocumented figures you put in a chart.

3rd comment: your claim to always give sources *is false*. blog post doesn't source the chart. You link that polling regarding russia hoax, but no indication it's the favoritism source; that part has no source stated or linked. And vdare ran this anyway. :(

No it is not. I don't formally footnote things because I don't take a dime for any of this and it's not worth the tedium, but I always include links to sources. If I use the same source multiple times, I don't link to it over and over again b/c I respect my readers' time
