That is interesting. Neither the
@USSenate nor the@UKHouseofLords impose time limits on speeches. That ,in the US, is used as a threat to filibuster, while, in the UK, members are expected to (and do) exercise self-restraint in the length of their speeches.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
