Literally yes. On a sitting day there are between 4,000 and 5,000 people in the building. Canberra's average winter temperature is around 12 degrees, which is much cooler than it is indoor. All of that warm air has to go somewhere.
That is the best! I didn’t realise so many people were in there at once. That is over the whole population of the town I live in
