When it was published, I read your book, “The Checklist Manifesto,” n I got my elderly parents to switch to doctors practicing in hospitals using that model. I still remember your key points.

As a surgeon you may know, one size does not fit all. Health care is developing in each society, district, province as per the context. Health care, primary, secondary ++ never in isolation. Society is in centre. Poverty is the determinant of Health.
