        Regarding childbirth/C-sections, you said we're "spending 0.6% of GDP today on this" twice on the show. Could you explain this? Daily spending of 0.6% GDP would net 219% over a year...

        Encouraging to see @Atul_Gawande prioritises getting enough sleep, breaking the status quo, hubris and ignorance of so many in the medical profession. Hope he can encourage more seeds of change. And he's still productive - because of not in spite of 8 hrs sleep
