I’m at the Hotel Imperial in Vienna, Austria. Almost 200 rooms… But the elevator has been broken for 3 days.

speaking from experience, you can be a Marriott property and not be managed or owned by Marriott — strictly licensing on some of these, with guidelines to be Marriott inclusive
