It has been an honor to have command of for Expedition 63.
Twenty years ago my astro-SEAL mentor, Captain Bill Shepherd, assumed command of Expedition 1. Now we are book-ending those two decades of manned ISS operations with astronauts in space.

If I was on the next mission to the Moon, I would have to bring this tiny spaceman with me! He’s flown with me on all of my missions and was in my uniform pocket for all the SEAL missions I have been a part of. Kind of like a good luck charm. #NASAMoonKit

On Sunday & I will use ’s robotic arm to grapple the #Cygnus cargo vehicle. The tip of the arm is what we maneuver over a target on the vehicle, then squeeze a trigger to actuate the capture mechanism. Lots of practice this week, but we are 100% ready!

So far no luck finding the source, but it looks like we will try again with the module isolation this weekend. No harm or risk to us as the crew, but it is important to find the leak we are not wasting valuable air.

Strangely the data did not point us to any particular location. Yesterday and today, Anatoly and I have been checking all of the window seals (not #navyseals) for any indication of a leak using an ultrasonic leak detector.

Both Moscow and Houston Mission Control Centers have been tracking a tiny air leak for several months. A few weeks ago our crew isolated in the Russian segment of and closed as many hatches as possible in order to identify the location of the leak.

In training @us_navyseals learn how to sew through heavy material to make modifications to our gear. This weekend I used my old sewing skills to make improvements in our kitchen. As my friend @AstroDrewMorgan says...”leave the foxhole in better shape than when you got there.”
