  8. Just hangin’ around at the . Great day refreshing our skills to land safely in a parachute and deploy our survival raft if we had to eject from our jets. Training for any and all scenarios is essential to keep safe.

  9. Headed to 25,000 feet with in the altitude chamber to familiarize ourselves with the effects of hypoxia. This training helps us recognize the insidious signs of a lack of oxygen to the brain, in case of a problem in our jets or spacecraft.
