    A lot can change in a year. From one kind of isolation to another, the last one much farther distanced, but at least we had live sports! On last year I loved watching basketball playoffs with & world championship surfing while working out.

    Putting the ‘international’ in spacewalking. 1 year ago we watched 's follow out the airlock, sporting his Canadian pride on his 1st spacewalk. It was our crew’s 3rd spacewalk, all in the first 3 weeks after & I arrived!

    Were you ever scared? This question brings me back to one year ago, the only time on when my heart raced. It was the start of my first spacewalk & I looked out the airlock hatch & saw nothing but the open blackness of space. Minutes later I was out there & focused.
