This wont even HARM Logan paul!!!! Not in the slightest! He meets these requirements DAILY!!!! Why the fuck is YouTube punishing their smaller creators for this? It makes no sense.
I suspect that the total number of ads that YouTube gets commissioned to place has gone drastically down since Adpocalypse, so they use this to limit arbitrary demonetisation that has been happening now.
I've done a lot of research since I typed this all and I've changed My stance on it already haha
