NEW: Elizabeth Warren supporters say she is being erased. The campaign is stoking these fires. But is her plateaued candidacy a case of a woman candidate being counted out too early or a sign of a campaign in decline -- depends who you askhttps://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/18/us/politics/elizabeth-warren-nevada.html …

this current Warren moment is about where we were in first 2019 quarter -- Sanders looms, $$$ questions, supporter complaints of erasure. Then she used policy to command attn and dictate narrative, now her tools are less clear (whack Bloomberg at debate?)https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/18/us/politics/elizabeth-warren-nevada.html …

strong energy from this Reno voter on why Warren's bad finish in New Hampshire pushed her to support a different candidate “It was concerning — do they know something I don’t? Because my neighbors like me."https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/18/us/politics/elizabeth-warren-nevada.html …

Oh ffs even the framing does the same thing as the complaint. She finished 3rd and everyone reported on the 4th & 5th finishers instead, it's no mystery.

She has the same fate as Hillary, as a society we still are scared of and hate powerful women! And that's bad, very bad!!!

When Biden places lower then Warren, but his speeches get played in full and hers are cut. We still talk about his viability. When Klobuchar who places third gets more airtime then when Warren does. When media literally names all candidates except her on lists...it’s erasure.

Yes! The Boston Globe also just rans a headline ignoring here existence. See it all the time jump over her to talk about Biden.

it's weird that the nyt didn't cover the "bernie blackout" when sanders was in second and establishment media outlets went out of their way to refuse to cover him, but now y'all are giving credence to similar complaints from a candidate running in like 5thhttps://www.esquire.com/news-politics/a30299555/bernie-sanders-blackout-media-bias-coverage-campaign-2020/ …

Think it’s a little bit of both... The CW is 3 tickets out of IA, but media focused on winners (Bernie/Pete), Biden got grandfathered in, and even Amy got more coverage as a threat to Biden. The lack of coverage probably didn’t help in NH, and now her polling doesn’t warrant it

Her polling is about the same as Biden and Pete. That doesn't hold up.
