Good thing we have months to render a judgement. I changed my mind about 2 candidates just in the past 24 hours, and I pay attention to politics all day every day.

Well he’s right that he proposed serious structural reform and people don’t consider that policy. Like redoing the Supreme Court. It’s also so long until Iowa. And so long until the general. I’d love breather on policy and give people time to actually study it.

Not going into depth about policy plans doesn't mean u don't have to HAVE policy plans. Cands need 2 b able 2 summarize 4 most scenarios, but b able 2 show depth on occasion & their ideas should b on their websites in detail.

Must have the policies to evaluate. But I heard that more as reflection on communication. Going into the genuine minutia needed for policy development wouldn't be helpful right now. It has to be done, soon. Just not right now.

Just had a very similar conversation with a friend about "incrementalism." It's only an "increment" when there's more than 1 step actually taken. Otherwise it's just an inadequate action. We live our values & talking without doing anything is one many people share.
