Because UK/Sweden enforce an arrest warrant even though there are no charges. Arbitrary use of coercive force.

No need. Sweden was forced to comply with it's duty after UN found its actions were unlawful in the Assange case.

He will be arrested by UK police. UK police have said as much. He will be extradited to Sweden or US from UK. 1/2
