SC erroneously applied VCLT to interpret 'judicial authority' in FD on EAWs.This point decided the case.

Nowhere in Bucnys does Mance say Assange wrong. His comment on the VCLT point doesn't say that.
@nearlylegal@DrJillStein -
Do you agree Mance says Phillips application of VCLT to the Framework Decision was wrong in law?
-
can argue how you have the judgment wrong (&a you have) but Assange judgment stands. Do you believe in rule of law?
-
It's not my argument. It's the Supreme Court's.
-
No, it's really not.

Bucnys says Philips got it wrong. I recommend Paterson's take on problems of Assange SC case: https://www.amazon.com/Final-Judgment-Lords-Supreme-Court-ebook/dp/B00LC4S956/ref=sr_1_1/163-2288232-4084657?ie=UTF8&qid=1472333674&sr=8-1&keywords=%22final+judgment%22+paterson …

Paterson is damning of the Supreme Court in the Assange case for entirely different reasons. He's very well-respected.
