@swedenvsassange 3. but I think that his work should not make him immune to laws, this would just be another manifestation of patriarchy1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@JonasAlgers Nothing to do with patriarchy. Prosecutor is abusing the legal system for an improper purpose. She's the one breaking the law.1 reply 2 retweets 3 likes -

@JonasAlgers No, the Supreme Court of Sweden rebuked the prosecutor for breaching her duty by refusing to question for 4.5 years (now 5.5)1 reply 5 retweets 1 like -

@assangeVsweden I do agree that the treatment of the case has been problematic. But that does not mean that he should be freed of charges

@JonasAlgers Sweden & UK tried to defend themselves with that argument, but WGAD rejected it https://ukconstitutionallaw.org/2016/02/09/liora-lazarus-is-the-united-nations-working-group-on-arbitrary-detention-decision-on-assange-so-wrong/ …pic.twitter.com/gIxoeeDMXF

@assangeVsweden I don't think the WGAD argument is as strong as the argument of the SSC and the representative of the victims.

@JonasAlgers The *alleged* victim says the police made it up. Her rep is partisan. The Supreme Court had a similar position to the WGAD.

@assangeVsweden you are liberally mixing facts. 1 of 2 women says police more keen to "get him" than her, SC criticised method not cause
