UK, Sweden, US are acting against their own laws & international obligations in order to apprehend #Assange, who isn't charged w/ ANY crime.
@Defencebrief @PeterStegger He's consistently asked for it, It's documented. Ecuador offered Sweden 2 question in embassy. Ny refused.#svpol

@swedenvsassange why should they? He's wanted for a very serious offence, why should Sweden adopt such an unusual practise? ... -
@Defencebrief What's unusual is the systematic abuses and irregularities of this politicised case against him. MLA is standard practice. -
@swedenvsassange sorry, what is MLA? -
@swedenvsassange I don't see the relevance. Doesn't appear to deal with suspects extradition, which is very common in Europe. -
@Defencebrief Common understanding now is#Assange won't be questioned in UK as a matter of Swedish "national pride". https://sverigesradio.se/sida/artikel.aspx?programid=2054&artikel=5235707 … -
@swedenvsassange I don't see why he should be. Nor do I see why he should receive special treatment in avoiding questioning in Sweden -
@Defencebrief If anything, bcs it costs UK tax payers 50K/day & UK is risking diplo relations with Latam bcs of Swedish "national pride". - 3 more replies

@swedenvsassange I can't imagine any investigator agreeing to that except in the most remarkable situation, which this ain't. -
@Defencebrief Actually it is standard practice. Swedish prosecutors & police went to Serbia to question a murder suspect in March this year.
