UK, Sweden, US are acting against their own laws & international obligations in order to apprehend #Assange, who isn't charged w/ ANY crime.

@PeterStegger There has never been a rape charge. Basic to understanding #Assange's situation is that there are no charges. None. Zero.

@swedenvsassange @peterstegger you normally have to be physically present for a charge to be laid, in the UK anyway. May be explanation.

@Defencebrief @PeterStegger He has to give his version of events. He's demanded to give his version for 2 years. Prosecutor refuses. #svpol

@swedenvsassange @peterstegger sounds pretty unlikely. If he wants to speak to prosecutor simply return to Sweden & meet with her.

@Defencebrief What's unusual is the systematic abuses and irregularities of this politicised case against him. MLA is standard practice.

@swedenvsassange Extradition to Sweden has been approved by UK Supreme Court. Any one else’s laws have no relevance to the case.

@Cadrieu International obligations do. Allowing safe passage is one. The International Court of Justice will decide, not UK, SWE or Ecuador.

@swedenvsassange not "charged" but formally accused. This claim is misleading.

@almileke Actually, if he'd been charged he'd have the rights of the accused. Instead he's in a legal vacuum, which is where they want him.
