there are hundreds of channels that reupload content and steal videos from other youtubers and they can easily get their 4000 watchtime in 12 months and get paid for someone elses work

Channels like moto madness who ask to use videos and make compilations do great though. Still not original content but a loophole to make money off small channels who cant
