Hi, I have an Xbox series x pre ordered for store collection on release day, if we go into a national lockdown and stores have to close, do you have measures in place for the people who paid their deposit but won't be able to collect, like having them delivered instead? Thx.

Ok, that's good to know, however after placing my pre order in store for £25, and giving my email address, I've not received any emails ftom you, either to confirm or uodate my order, should I have?

Hi there, as you placed an in-store preorder you would not receive any emails. Instead, your preorder receipt acts as confirmation of your preorder and should you need to be contacted it should be via text :)

Ok, now lockdown is confirmed, are you going to be closing your stores, I presume so, which means you'll be closed on the launch day for Xbox series x, will you arrange delivery for people who cannot collect from stores due to the lockdown? Thanks for your help.
