I voted for the boss that wanted her employee to worship her for a work situation that wasn't that good. Less of a shock value that pee boss, boob boss or therapy boss but the isolation of the employee makes the situation seem starker and more desperate to me.

Take Alison’s advice and try to avoid micro-businesses as stated in the “my boss expects gratitude” case and the boss flipping out if you’re injured and can’t turn up. You won’t get industry standard experience either.
