      For the record: I give zero fucks about Stallman’s gross personal habits. I save all my fucks for the way he systematically and consistently acts to push women, girls, disabled people, and other folks from marginalized groups OUT of software.

      We shouldn’t #cancelstallman because his ideas are abhorrent. We should do it because he has acted in abhorrent ways, deliberately & consistently, over 30 years, despite repeated feedback, & because in so doing he’s pushed countless women, girls, & others out of software.

      That said, I don't care how evil a free software contributor is as long as that person can provide meaningful contributions to the free software. Like Stallman has always done with his philosophies and licenses. He could be the world biggest terrorist I don't care.

      Catching criminals and punishing them is a duty of the authorities. I don't want a great contributor to be dumped because of his personal life that does not relates to the field. In this case, Stallman hasn't done anything wrong and has made resigned for nothing.
