strange maths to celebrate second anniversary of CEPA signed in Nov 2017. Provisional implementation of CEPA started in 2018. Falsifications of the 🇦🇲 political history are an attribute for current 🇦🇲 gov, so my friendly advice is: be well aware of this fact.
