And to be honest, I know it's counterintuitive, but I don't think birth control in isolation really predicts much that isn't confounded by many demographic characteristics, e.g. IQ. https://www.populationspast.org/tfr/1851/#6/51.985/-4.098 … Parts of Britain were at sub-replacement fertility as early as 1851.
HBD types talk about the genetic impacts of the underclass which often gets tiresome. It would be interesting to see what kind of society would be created if the wealthy all had ten kids. A strong prosperous middle class, high social trust society like the Nordic parts of Europe
or a hyper-competitive rat race.
