Also, I’m curious: Did you post anything in 2916 when HRC was the first female presidential candidate, ever? (If so, maybe would be good to note that...and if not, makes this post that much worse)

Even if she was...who cares? She should not have been appointed and will be a detriment to our rights.

Eh, I’ll give organizations and universities, etc., a pass if an alumna *of that program* receives a distinction. To me it would make a difference

Being upset that a woman is poised to take women’s rights back 50 years isn’t being petty. And Asha’s question about whether or not HRC was heralded is on point. Nothing petty about her tweets.

I’ve been in scouts my entire life, I am a senior now. Seeing them post this is like a kick to the gut, it goes against everything I’ve learned through this organization. This absolutely is a stain on their record.

Someone has to say it: Girl Scouts has always been a thinly veiled pyramid scheme. Every winter we work and freeze our asses off to make hardly nothing! The troop makes like 25 CENTS for every box of cookies we sell, and maybe at the end of it we get a patch!! It’s exploitation.

She was a girl. She is now a very successful woman. That is absolutely all that ought to matter to a children's organization.
