    Congrats to Raed Alsaleh of Syria Civil Defense (the “White Helmets”) which received 2019 Elie Wiesel Award from U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. It cited their “exceptional courage” as they rescue fellow Syrians “at enormous personal risk to themselves and their families.”
