i simply thrash uncomfortably in my sleep so i combine my rest and exercise, freeing up half an hour to change more passwords

6 hours sleep, interrupted
3 hours commute (include two hours sleep at best)
1 hour food (delivery services)
4 hours simultaneous consuming profitable content and misc tasks (e.g. arranging payment for underpaid migrant cleaners)
