    The likelihood that these types of mistakes have not been made in every single caucus Iowa has hosted strikes me as extremely low. That's an indictment of the entire caucus system, rather than this year's, when a paper record is making it easier to spot these things.

    We combed through the Iowa Democratic Party's release of caucus results and found errors in more than 100 precincts.
