There are so many good reasons to do it, but basically no health benefit detectable without a regression analysis years from now. Unless people LIKED the idea of trusty pipes... but we already know they don't care, or else this would have happened after Flint.

He’s right. It’s hard to understand how Republicans oppose many of the things the Biden administration is working on. They didn’t even cheer when he talked about cutting child poverty in half. What kind of political party is opposed to eradicating child poverty?!?
