I'm sure there's a name for this effect... Like if you're the first one to do something outstanding your reputation precedes you, even if you're not actually outstanding at that task anymore.

Nah, those numbers don't reflect that they vast majority of the non vaccinated demographics are children, same with the US.

It's both and more... The distribution of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated isn't uniform. Anyway, it's complex. Which is kind of the point.

The value of Israel is not that it is highly vaccinated, it is that Pfizer sees it as a vaccine test lab and what happens there will be reflected here in a couple months. Saskatchewan is the Isreal of Canada. We started out so strong with vaccines and then, not so much. Our rate is only slightly higher here.
