Either Ice Crown Citadel or Karazhan
Big respect for Karazhan! Wish I was there to experience the original raid as current content, the mega dungeon was an epic experience and one of my favorites!
ICC I really looked up to for all the lore that built up to it, but for some reason I don't think of it as "the best"

I think most of TBC is at the top. Stopped playing actively in Cataclysm, did raid a bit, but it was next to nothing. After that I tried 1 raid in WoD. Kinda fell out of the "standard" mmorpg genre. A tad excited for the new stuff, but more excited to have a TBC legacy server.
