It’s understandable tho tbh. Raiding as a kid takes patience and more self esteem than I ever had at that age. First did karazhan at like 8 years old I think, and I remember just being sad because people made fun of me for bad dps a ton

Yeah as a kid, being in a raid and TeamSpeak with so many people was a big scare. 10 year old me was used to killing boars solo for hours on end, not taking down Magtheridon with 24 other people

I did something similar my first time playing years ago. Got to around level 58 and saw people starting to get blues and purples so I panic deleted my druid because I thought I was doing something wrong and thought I should start again

Oh I know that exact feeling!
Also had a tendency to create new characters until I got a really good start with a blue item at like level 20. When that happened I was overjoyed cause I thought I got some sort of super cheat code that would carry me to end game
