7 people shot, 4 people killed in Memphis yesterday bcuz the judicial system messed up. In 2020, the killer was charged with 2 counts attempted 1st-degree murder, pled guilty to lesser charge, & served only 11 months of a 3 yr sentence. He never should’ve been out on the streets.
