In sum, the media will have you thinking and believe that diplomatic relations between Turkey and Israeli have utterly fallen apart, probably for domestic consumption on both sides. Whereas in reality, I suspect its just become more compartmentalised.

Does anyone remember those "sanctions" against Holland which also Erdoğan and his government promised to implement, hm? How are those working out? Last I checked Holland is still the highest FDI to Turkey.
