There are numerous parallel structures (in Akp's definition) in the judiciary: Hakyol, MGV, Okuyucular, Nationalists, Perincek; if you have affinition with one of them, you will enjoy the right to fair trial surplusly
That would make a good story. I don't think I've read a thorough analysis of political affiliations within Turkish judiciary.
